      ADDITIONAL WEIGHT KIT: rear wheels

      Part no. - How to install

      The purpose of the Additional Weight Kits is to increase the wheel traction in certain soil types and conditions.

      The part no. are:

      109010016R00 - ADDITIONAL WEIGHT KIT (8x17.5 KG)

      109010017R00 - ADDITIONAL WEIGHT KIT (4X17.5 KG)


      You can only mount one of these kits per wheel at the time.

       

      NOTE 😉👇

      Robots model year 2021 and 2020 do not have pre-drilled holes for installing the weight kits. However, the kit is still fully supported from these robot models.

       

      HOW TO INSTALL

       

      SAFETY WARNING 😯👇

       

      Make sure that the Robot is turned OFF and to trigger the safety button before the upgrade is initiated!

       

      STEP 1: Safely jack up the first wheel console (below left) and dismount the wheel

      STEP 2: For robots without pre-drilled mounting holes use a clamp to temporary fix the bracket in position as shown below. Then use the bracket as drilling template and drill both holes with an 8mm drill

      STEP 3: Mount the bracket with the M8 bolts, nuts, and washers

      STEP 4: Mount the weight(s) with the M16 bolt heads closest to the wheel as shown below


      STEP 5: Align the weight(s) well before tightening the M16 bolted connection

      STEP 6: Mount the wheel again and repeat the procedure mirrored on the opposite wheel console

      2 x 17.5 kg installed on a left rear wheel.
