VictronConnect: Download and how to use
This article guides you through using the VictronConnect app with FD20 - covering how to access, and interpret solar panel performance data from your device.
You can view the real-time status and 30 days of historical data from the solar panels directly on your mobile phone or tablet. Simply connect to the solar charger via Bluetooth to access this information.
Droids from 2022 onwards 1 solar charger is positioned on the left-back side of the main electrical board Through the App, you can monitor the combined performance of all four solar panels. |
Droids assembled in 2020 and 2021 2 solar chargers are installed on the left and right-back sides of the main electrical board. You can individually monitor the performance of each solar panel—left and right—in real time. |

1) Begin by downloading and installing the VictronConnect app on your device.

2) Before connecting to the solar chargers:

Ensure the droid is powered on, followed by switching on the solar panels.

Activate Bluetooth on your device and remain within range of the droid.
3) Open the VictronConnect app and select the charger you wish to connect to. Enter the PIN code "000000" (six zeros); this code should remain unchanged.

If you’re unsure which charger to select, check the side of the charger itself for the serial number, as illustrated in the image below.
