NEW Software changes 2026

Recent software updates include the following enhancements aimed at improving overall performance and user experience.

Software v3.407

  • Improved GNSS resilience

This release improves how FD20 handles rare, adverse signal processing from SWIFT GNSS modules.

  • Field data sharing

Crop and seed disc data to increase robot performance and send information to farm management systems through Agrirouter.

Software v3.505

This is an optional software upgrade available for Premium Subscribers.

  • Improved GNSS resilience

This release improves how FD20 handles rare, adverse signal processing from SWIFT GNSS modules.

  • Straighter rows at the start of each pass

Improves alignment and reduces the “snake-like” effect when beginning a new pass.

  • Faster seeding performance

Enables increase in speed for smaller seed distances up to 20% while keeping the existing max speed at 950 m/t.

  • Battery management optimization

Updated battery protection settings to improve reliability and align with the latest battery system standards.

  • New crop type selection feature

Allows crop type to be selected during field setup, preparing the system for improved reporting and optimized settings.

  • Residue cleaning feature

To clean weeding wires and soil tools from weed residue, a feature is added to reverse robot direct with tools in ground.

  • Improved robot behavior at the field corners

Improved route calculation and timing of weeding tools lowered.

  • Main fuse protection

Robot speed is reduced when consumption is too high to minimize risk of blowing fuses at peak motor loads.

+Spray v2.014 related to Software v3.505

  • Improved flow measurement logic for more stable flow measurements
  • Flow surveillance values in HMI & telemtry for performance check and easier fault finding
  • Allow direct change of calfactor without need to run calibration

Note: Use +Spray application planner version 1.4 due to changed minimum allowed nozzle opening timings (minimum allowed water rates)
