Replacement of main fuse in the FD 20

Step to step procedure

The Main fuse is located in the main electrical box of the FD 20.

STEP 1

To access the main electrical box first remove the steel cover by unscrewing the 4 screws (2 on each side) holding it. Then, remove the plastic cover by unscrewing the 6 plastic screws:

STEP 2

The fuse is placed in the lower left corner (red arrow) of the main electrical box. The FD20 is equipped with an extra main fuse taped to the cabinet upon delivery (green arrow).

STEP 3

Use a screwdriver to remove the broken fuse. and press a new fuse into the socket.

STEP 4

Turn back on the main switch, and the solar panel switch. Check that the robot receives power.

STEP 5

Attach the plastic and steel covers again.
