      It is recommended to remove the weight plates when the robot is in weeding position or being transported

      Mounting The Back Wheel Weight Add On


      STEP 1:       Remove the M8 bolt from the back wheel. 

      Pay attention to how it is mounted so you can re-assemble it again.

      Mount the weight bracket to the trailer arm using the M8 bolt.


      STEP 2:       Use the lower bolt for the Back Wheel Scraper, to mount the Weight Bracket to the trailer.

      NOTE: In the Older FD robots this hole is not present and must be drilled using a Ø8,5mm drill for Stainless Steel.

       

      Mounting the Seed Pressure Wheel Weight Add On


      STEP 3:       Mount the Weight Bracket to the Pressure Wheel arm using the included bolt.


      STEP 4:       Mount the Weight Bracket to the Support arm using the Pressure Wheel Scraper bolt.

      Remember to orient the weight plates to the correct side and secure the weight plates with the R-clip.
